Harvested and packed by hand, our mushrooms reach the local shops and kitchens super fresh and in the best quality.

State-of-the-art indoor production in Lower Austria. The weekly volume in our cultivation chambers is 5 tonnes.

Thanks to the use of sustainable resources, our indoor production is almost CO₂-neutral.

100% Sustainable Circular Economy

A state-of-the-art cultivation atmosphere: sawdust and sawdust from wood production are used as the substrate for growing our mushrooms. After the mushroom harvest, the substrate is composted and returned to nature as humus.
